Join Karen’s Family Reunion Journey
Sometimes, the greatest happiness for a child is simply being at home, surrounded by their family. This is the story of Aren, Arpi, and their father Karen, who dream of living together as a family again.
About four years ago, the children’s mother left the family and has not maintained any contact with them since. In March 2025, the children were placed in the "Zatik" Child Support Center because their home lacked the basic living conditions needed for them to continue living there.
Despite the challenges, the children have never stopped being emotionally connected to their father, and their greatest wish is to return home and live with him again.
"We just want to be home with our dad again," the children say.
Karen has never stopped believing that this day will come.
"Every day I work on this house, I imagine my children walking through the front door again," he says. "That thought gives me the strength to keep going."
Despite limited resources, Karen is renovating the house step by step with his own hands, creating a safe and warm environment where his children can grow up and experience a peaceful childhood.
Karen has already completed a large part of the renovation, but the journey is not over yet. The final steps require support that Karen cannot manage alone.
An additional 550,000 AMD is needed to complete the renovation of the children’s room, making it possible for the children to return home.
"I've done everything I could on my own," Karen says. "Now I just need a little help to finish what I started and bring my children back where they belong."
This support is not just about renovating a home. It is about giving two children the opportunity to live with their father again, wake up in their own room, sit together around the family table, and rediscover the safety and warmth that only a home can provide.
